Wedding Plan Privacy Policy

Effective 2026-11-07  ·  Tiếng Việt / English

Wedding Plan is a wedding planning app published by HTMedia. You use it to keep a checklist, manage your budget, vendors and guest list, and build a wedding website where your guests can see your invitation, RSVP, leave wishes and share photos.

This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, how long we keep it and what your rights are. It covers the Wedding Plan app on iOS and Android, the web version at app.weddingplan.online, and the wedding websites the app publishes on weddingplan.online. "We" means HTMedia; "you" means the person using the app.

1. What we collect and why

DataPurposeWhere it is kept
Account: email, name, profile photo and identifier from the sign-in method you choose (email with a one-time code, Google, Apple, or Facebook for previously linked accounts). Wedding plan: wedding date, country, checklist, budget items and costs, vendors (name, phone number, notes) Provide the planning features Our servers. Only you and collaborators you invite can see it
Guest list: name, phone number, group, party size, attendance, gifts received (type and value) and notes — typed by you or picked from your contacts Manage guests, RSVPs and your gift record Our servers. Only you and collaborators can see it
Wedding website content: the couple's names, introductions, photos, gallery, love story, bridesmaids and groomsmen, event times and venues, music, YouTube video, design; bank details if you turn on the gift box; gift delivery name, address and phone if you turn on the gift registry Build and publish your wedding website Our servers and Cloudflare. Most of it is public — see section 3

Feedback you send from the app Reply to you and improve the app Our servers
Technical data: IP address, device model, operating system, app version, language, device and advertising identifiers, crash reports, screens and features used Fix bugs, measure usage, prevent spam, show the right currency and prices for your country, send notifications, show ads Our servers and the providers in section 7

Location: we do not collect GPS location. Your country is estimated from your IP address to pick the right currency, prices and content.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your wedding content, guest list or contacts for advertising.

2. Information you enter about other people

Using Wedding Plan means entering information about other people: guests, vendors, bridesmaids and groomsmen, collaborators. Please only enter what you need for your wedding and are entitled to share. We process that information on your behalf, only to provide the features you use, and we do not contact those people for our own purposes.

If you are a guest and want your RSVP, wish or photo removed, ask the couple to delete it, or write to us as described in section 14.

3. What is public

Your wedding website can be opened by anyone who has the link. Whatever you put on it — names, photos, gallery, story, events, wishes, and the bank QR code when the gift box is on — is visible to whoever views the page. We ask search engines not to index wedding websites, but we cannot stop people who have the link from sharing it.

Never public: your guest list, gift record, budget, checklist, vendors, the email addresses of guests who claim gifts, and your gift delivery address and phone number.

4. Advertising

The free version of Wedding Plan shows ads from Google AdMob and offers rewarded ads you can watch to earn points. AdMob may use your device's advertising identifier and IP address to show and measure ads.

Upgrading to a paid plan removes ads as described in that plan.

5. Device permissions

PermissionWhen it is requestedIf you decline
Contacts When you choose to add guests or vendors from your contacts You can still type them in. Only the contacts you pick are saved; the rest of your address book is never uploaded
Photos When you pick photos for your wedding website or profile, or save an image or QR code to your device You can still use the app and your wedding website without your own photos
Camera When you take a photo or scan a QR code to join as a collaborator You can pick an existing photo or enter the invite code
Notifications To tell you about new RSVPs, wishes and photos, and remind you to collect reward points Everything still works; open the app to check
Tracking (iOS only) When the app opens, to ask about personalised ads Ads are not personalised

You can withdraw any permission in your device settings.

6. Cookies on the website

weddingplan.online uses a session cookie the site needs to work, and Google Analytics to measure visits. Wedding websites with a YouTube video may let YouTube set cookies when the video plays. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; pages remain readable, but some features may not work.

7. Who else handles your data

Collaborators you invite can view and edit your plan, guest list and wedding website. We may also disclose data when the law or a competent authority requires it, and to a buyer if the business is transferred — in which case this policy keeps applying until you are told otherwise.

8. Where data is processed

Our servers and our providers' servers are located in several countries, so your data may be processed outside Vietnam or outside the country where you live. When data is transferred abroad we rely on the providers' own safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses) and follow the procedures that applicable law requires.

9. How long we keep it

10. Your rights and deleting your account

Under Vietnamese personal data protection law and the law where you live, you have the right to be informed, to access and get a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to the competent authority. You can edit most of your data directly in the app. For anything else, write to us as described in section 14.

Deleting your account. Email tuonghttt52@gmail.com from the email address on your Wedding Plan account and say you want it deleted. We delete your account, plan, guest list, wedding website, RSVPs, wishes and photos, and confirm by email within the period required by law. Transaction records the law requires us to keep are retained separately. Deleting your account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription — cancel it in your store settings.

For a guest account (used without signing in), include your wedding name or wedding website link so we can find the right account.

11. Children

Wedding Plan is for adults planning a wedding and is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect children's data. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Security

Data between the app, the website and our servers is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). We limit who can access operational data and limit sign-in attempts. No system is perfectly secure; if an incident affects your data, we will notify you and the competent authorities as required.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows the current version. For changes that materially affect you, we will tell you in the app before they take effect.
