The day started as any day, just going through the motions as a cashier at work that day.... "Anything else for you today?" "Card or cash?" " Today's total is... " Then there before me was this stunning strawberry blonde man getting ready to go fishing with his side kick! After line holding for a small conversation, with a beef stick and chocolate milk in hand and a smile to kill off he goes. This became a regular thing until I left the job. 2 LONG years later and life changing events we meet again! Right time,right place and here we are 2 more years later!

So here we are, a beautiful day for fishing 🎣 I tell Max my sidekick! First the usual stop at the gas station for a beef stick and chocolate milk. Little did I know when I would go up to the register I would be met with eyes and a smile so brilliant and beautiful my heart would melt! I slip her my number and she threw it away 😮💨 not once but twice 😤. My heart is forever hers tho so I stayed ever persistent and though many meaningful conversations I was left with a promise she would return one day and find me. 2 years later she found me! Here we are another 2 years later and she agreed to become my wife!

The thought he put into this date: I show up at this empty lot where I can see every star that night.( I definitely thought I might get murdered but obviously I didn't) It was beautiful tho😍 With a fire burning, a blank down, his sidekick (Max), an ignoramus red solo cup with wine and two glasses in it, we talked about life since we had seen each other last. Watching the sky.... Realizing at any moment it was going to start raining but we thought a little rain wouldn't kill us. Well it didn't kill us, however it was more like a tarantula down pour right off the bat!! We took cover under the blanket with the dog and realized it was too much so we darted to the house with the heavy/wet blanket over our heads. It was almost like a movie scene!! 🤟 Give the man some credit 😂
